Siuijeonseo Gwangan (the "Restaurant") processes personal information as described below in order to provide its reservation service. Effective November 1, 2026.
This is an English translation for convenience. If there is any difference, the Korean version prevails.
1. Personal information collected and purpose

On the confirmation screen for international guests, we collect an idea for introducing Siuijeonseo in your country, together with your country, only if you choose to send it (separate consent, used to review promotion ideas).
Website visit statistics are recorded only in a form that cannot identify individuals (pages visited, date, referral source). A reservation request is stored together with how you arrived (advertising tags and the previous website address).
2. Retention period
Reservation information is automatically deleted one year after the date of your visit. The same applies if a reservation is canceled. Ideas are deleted one year after we decide whether to use them. Where the law requires us to keep information, we keep it for the period required.

When and how: sent over an encrypted connection when you submit a reservation request. If you do not wish your information to be transferred abroad, you can reserve by phone.
4. Collection of behavioral information (cookies, etc.)
To measure advertising results and improve the website, we may use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation). They collect usage records such as pages visited, clicks and scrolling; what you type into the name, contact and requests fields of the reservation form is masked so that it is not collected. You can refuse by blocking cookies in your browser or through each service's ad settings.
5. Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where requested in accordance with the law.
6. Right to refuse consent
You may decline to consent to the collection and use of your personal information. In that case, reserving through this website will not be possible, but you can reserve by phone (+82 507-1313-0565).
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or suspension of its processing. Contact the person below and we will handle your request without delay.
8. Security measures
- Reservation information is transmitted only over encrypted connections (https).
- Only administrators can access it, with a password, and downloads are logged.
- Information past its retention period is deleted automatically.
